What is included in the monthly service fee?

Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely not. We believe in our service so the only thing you have to do is agree to pay for each campaign and it terms, and you can cancel at any time.

Do I have to commit to a certain time period?

Absolutely not. You are not obligated to commit to any period of time, and you can cancel your account at any time.

Are there additional fees other than the monthly fee?

Absoutely not. There are no setup fees associated with setting up your account. Our monthly fees are all you'll pay for your marketing campaigns.

How does the cost of your service compare to me hiring an agency?

Not only is our service superior in service and features than hiring your own agency, we will save you money in the process. If you factor in what your time is worth and how long it would take you to create HTML pages to advertise your business; and then factor in what you would pay for someone else to do it for you, you will quickly see that 1 Minute Campaigns is the best choice to make.

I have thousands of email addresses. Can your service handle that?

Absolutely! We are already handling campaigns for companies with huge email lists so we know our system is proven and stood the test of time. However, we are strict about our permission policies and we do not allow you to use rented or purchased lists. We only allow opt-in email accounts, and conform 100% to the ANTI-SPAM law and requirements. That should give you a peace of mind to know that your valuable email accounts are always being treated with the greatest care.

If I don't send out any email campaigns, do I still have to pay the monthly fee?

Yes, all customers are billed a set monthly fee. However, even if you aren't sending out marketing campaigns during a particluar month, the monthly fee covers the flowoing services to your email list.

  • Email management including sign ups and opt-outs.
  • Email storage and backups in a secure data center.
  • Statistical reporting of all campaigns.

What if my email list goes up or down?

We will adjust accordingly to the activity of your email list sizing. Pricing is based upon the number of unique email addresses (subscribers) in your account during the previous billing period. This means if your list size changes (goes up or down) your pricing will automatically reflect the change.

How do you manage my opt-ins and opt-outs?

You can add email addresses to your account at any time.

An "opt-in" occurs when a visitor of your website submits their email address into your account. As part of our service, we will store these emails addresses for you and they become part of your email list.

An "opt-out" occurs when a subscriber clicks the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of every email campaign. The removal is automatically managed as part of our service.

What if I still have questions about your pricing?

Are you already a customer? Once you sign up and create an account, you can open a support ticket that will be associated with your account. Every customer support ticket is tracked and managed to ensure that your questions are answered quickly and efficiently.
